Buena Vista's EARTHITUDE! Program engages students in a variety of activities to foster an understanding of what it means to be a responsible global citizen for the benefit of self, school, community and the earth.  The three pillars of the state of California's Green Ribbon Award recognition provide structure and focus to our EARTHITUDE Program.  These pillars are: Reduced Environmental Impact, Improved Health and Wellness, and Effective Environmental and Sustainability Education.
